No throttle response in gear 6mt
Hey guys here's a quick recap of where I'm at, hopefully someone has some ideas...
Stillen Supercharged 2009 6mt g37 sedan. Blew up the engine. Swapped engine. Took uprev tune and license off ecu. Car ran for two days then while raining it threw a couple throttle body codes. I immediately lost throttle response in gear. In neutral, it revs fine and idles. As soon as I put it in any gear and give it gas, it boggs down and dies. I've replaced the IDPM, throttle bodies and tried the throttle body reset. Nothing. I brought the car to R/t Tuning here in PA and they replaced the IDPM and TB's, checked the wire harness, and still can't find anything. They think I need a new ecu. I now have to pay for their troubleshooting and get it towed to an Infiniti dealership. I'm getting raped by this car and I'm hoping someone on here has any idea of what it may be. Thanks in advance.

1) What exactly blew up? Heads blown off? hole in block? What component(s) failed?
2) What TB codes were you throwing?
My first thought would be your synchro-gearing in your transmission. At around 85k on mine, I had to replace the transmission. Being in the military, I had my roommate/friend look after my car while I was away- big mistake. He...lets just say he sucks at driving a manual, and he galled my synchro gear for 5/6th gear. 5th wouldn't engage, and if you shoved it in, you couldn't get it out of gear till the car was shut off. 6th gear wasn't even there...basically shifting into neutral.
I don't think that your TBs are the problem...but there are a lot of unknowns/variables with your case.

Your signal is being altered somewhere along the wiring from plug to ECM. Short or ground, I don't know voltages or have a diagram to go off of...my next suggestion would be to confer with the FSM to get the voltages of the signals so you can read on a multimeter where your signal differs.
On another note, I'm assuming it's the original ECM that came with the car, seeing as you had the license pulled off of it...what year was the donor car of the engine that was transplanted into your car?
