RJM clutch adjustment question

I FINALLY got around to adjusting the clutch pedal after having the dealer warranty the CSC MC and such. When the car went in I had the clutch adjusted to 90%-99% fully engaged. When I got the car back the pedal was back to factory height, but still had the adjustment set at the same percentage. I tried to lower the pedal with the red toped adjustment part, the pedal, lowered to the max, lowered it maybe 2 or 3 cm below the brake pedal. Not at all to my liking.

Will removing, adjusting the height, and reinstalling fix this issue?

I think I know the answer, but really don't want to go through all that trouble again lol.

Loosen the 3 bolts on the pedal arm to adjust the pedal angle lower.
