2009 G37S coupe stock not upshifting

Hi folks,

not sure if any has run into the same problem or know whats wrong

i had a 2009 S coupe, stock (other than putting new winter tires last week) currently at 80,000 km, auto.

was just driving on the road as usual, stepped on the gas when pulling out and felt a weird shake, no lights on.

next block i paid more attention to the speedometer and realize as a step on the gas, the needle bounced between 3200-3500 and wont move to higher RPM or upshift. I was close to the Inifiniti deal so i decided to send the car that way, on my way there i floored and same thing, needle went up from 1500-3200, then back and forth 3200-3500 and the car keep jerking.
The is the first time it happened, i did not change it to DS or tried up/down shifting using the paddle, it was on D.

stopped the car at the dealer and has the service guy test drove it, we started the car (it is the first time the car restart after the above happened) and everything is fine. i showed him the video i took and i floored the gas paddle but he cant tell why, he tried putting the car in DS, up/down shifting using the paddle, and it didnt reoccur.

anyone had this happened? it didnt happen to me for the next 50 km and couple other stops i made before i head home today. Should i be concern any further as this is an indication something is going wrong or it should be just a one time thing?

Also, as i mentioned i just put on new winter tire (Notian R2, stock size), i reslized the TSC comes on much more often (compare to the summer tire i took off, even im not flooring, maybe have it rev up to 3000-5000 rpm and it will come on easily) it happens both on dry and wet road, today is about 3-8 degrees. I experienced it on straight ahead road and it just continue to happen. good thing is even the TSC comes on, the car is moving perfectly stable and straight (maybe because i didnt floor it?)
Anyone experience similar situation? is it because of the new tires? does it matter that i havent had it back in the shop to get it balanced, should that help/improve?
