NGK, Denso, Bosch all make G37 plugs, the Nissan OEM plugs are just fine unless you're running higher HP and need a different heat range. The OEMs are Denso Iridium 3457 plugs
Here's the OEM part #

^^Agreed! Unless you're an engineer and truly understand spark plug design and how it affects engine operation, stick with stock.

As others have mentioned replace your plugs with the OEM stock plugs

Here are my stock plugs from my previous 06 G35 with 106k miles on them

The stock replacement plugs were still on the vehicle when I traded it in with 171796 miles

I didn't want to start a new thread for this dumb question but is the Denso FXE24HR11 pre gapped for our cars? Or do I have to buy the OEM one's that are in the Nissan box?

I had the same question and searched everywhere and none of the manufacturers said they were pre-gapped. But if you search for a pre-gapped plug they all make sure to mention it so I'm going to go out on a limb and say no, you have to gap them to spec. Which is .044 with about .02 play room.

Just read up on it...anyone can do it. You would want to measure and confirm them even if they are "pregapped". Most are not....

Even pregapped plugs should be carefully checked and adjusted if needed.
