Does anyone know if I can find out if there is a software update available for my 2008 coupe? As I have an imported car and there are only two official Infiniti dealers in my country is less easy to ask them.

 

Not sure what updates you were looking for as I thought there was one for the automatic transmission for certain years. This may help.

To the OP, is there an issue with the car to warrant a software update?

When I was at the dealership last, they said there were several ECU updates for my MY. I declined them as there are no issues with the car. Working somewhat in the field, i'm a firm believe of if it's not broke, don't fix it, when it comes to firmware updates on embedded devices.

 

No I have no problems with the car but I can imagine that there are some updates and I do not know how to check this.

 

Go to the dealer, have them plug into the CONSULT computer, the computer will tell what needs to be updated.

You can always go to a Nissan dealer.
