Thinking of turbocharging my g37
#18
I am the guy with the first Fast Intention Twin Turbo G. I am not sorry that I had it done even though I may never run the car at high boost (550 plus HP). I have one setting that was rated at 420. That in it self a considerable jump in HP compared to stock. If you have the money I would say go for it.

Take those thousands of dollars you are about to **** away and fund your IRA and 401k plan
You'll thank me in ten years instead of regretting all the money that you wasted on a vehicle that is declining in value.
just my $.02

Sounds like sound advice in a practical way. But then again, I've pissed away a lot of money over the years, all in the name of car lust. So that advice hits close to home.
End of the day, it's OP's money. He should spend it the way ihe sees fit. I should too, long as I can live with the consequences.

Throwing my two cents into the mix, if the car is paid for traded it in for a faster car. Take half the money you were going to sink into turbo kit and put some bolt on parts on the new car. Take the rest and invest. I see it as a win-win. Just a thought, but in the end do what make you happy, because you can’t take it with you when you check out.

Save your money and wait for the brand new coupe.
It will come twin turbo from the factory.
We are 3 months out from the full production reveal and about 9 months from release.
Save for 9 months and you will have your twin turbos.
