Love what you're doing and your contribution! I'm still very skeptical however when it comes to headers.
Problem is, a lot of reviews I see are people going from a Catback Setup to, Headers + HFC + Tune and then claiming the headers made a huge difference and start swearing by them.
What you should do is overlay power and torque curves of: (same dyno, conditions and calibrations)
OEM Headers + HFC + ECU Tek
vs
Z1 Headers + HFC + ECU Tek
That's the only way to see the real benefits of headers and whether or not the part/labor cost is justified.

Great idea Sam, I'll so in for this! All tho I'm betting the net gain isnt that high, maybe 8-10 WHP. I really hope I'm wrong and it makes like 15+ then I'll buy these and stop looking and the 335's LOL

it will be a very good break down on what im doing..
here is my plan..
only way to see if they headers gain anything will be stock numbers without tuning...
Breakdown
OEM Headers + Berk HFC + no tune
vs
OEM Headers + Berk HFC + uprev
vs
Z1 Headers + Z1 HFC + ecutek
vs
Z1 Headers + Z1 HFC + uprev
vs
Z1 Headers + Z1 HFC + no tune
i think the breakdown above should answer all questions?

Thanx man I've seen that also :/ not sure about the gains. I know those numbers are HIGH but gains are gains, just rather see a "real" world test not something to help sell a product.
My friends fully bolted Z370 made 316 WHP with Stillen headers but the dyno he was on is know to be high. I tried to get him to mine and he wouldn't go, LOL
