Shudder Noise Low RPM with South Bend Stage 2
I just got my car back today after installing the South Bend Stage 2 kit.
I had the clutch, flywheel, master cylinder, pilot bushing, and zspeed CSC kit installed.
I am experiencing shudder at low RPM in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears. Sometimes it's gone though. I only have 20 miles driven on it.
Anyone have more information on this? Read numerous things after doing a quick search.

If it's a NOISE then it's the fact that your flywheel isn't a dual mass flywheel and much lighter than stock. It's unavoidable and there's nothing you can do.
If you mean the car actually shudders then it's something else.

Any update? I'm considering the SB Stage 2 Daily as well, just wondering what the issue is? Could it be something to do with re-adjusting the clutch pedal or something?

It just seems like a minor shake in the transmission or something? What's the physics behind it? Could you provide a deeper explanation?

The noise is apparently normal. I was told when upgrading from a dual mass fly wheel to a single solid one with an aggressive clutch over OEM produces some chatter. He also told me some technical terms and why it makes the noise, although I don't remember everything he said.

With a stock setup, it is not normal.
Heard back from zspeed performance, and it is indeed normal.

Shudder Noise Low RPM with South Bend Stage 2
It is normal, I had a JWT lightweight flywheel and it sounded like a cement truck at idle, got used to it and heard it was normal since it wasn't a dual mass flywheel

He has a quiet disk option which gets rid of most of the "noise" (explained as shudder) at idle.
Once you take off and bottom out the floating part of the quiet clutch disk you can sometimes hear it at low rpm (less than 2500rpm) under load as it begins to transfer the engine pulses into the trans at that point.
The noise you get with a single mass flywheel is simply the engine firing pulses getting transmitted into the trans which causes the trans gears to rattle. The South Bend quiet disk acts like the dual mass flywheel at idle to reduce this and works really well but will not get rid of the transfer once you are under load. Once you hit the 2200-2500 rpm mark it goes away.
It is completely normal with a single mass flywheel.
