I do believe the 08 diff will bolt in directly to the driveshaft for that specific year and I ordered threaded bolts from Nissan to address the threading issue that you succinctly pointed out....I think I have all bases covered but you never know until you get under the car and tear everything out....

The flange on the 08 diff I picked up is the triangle 3 bolt unit and should match up to the driveshaft...I have the threaded bolts on order from Nissan that should bolt up without swapping...
I am getting conflicting thoughts on the axle boltup and sure would like to minimize any unexpected obstacles.
