To tune or not to tune

I have an '08 G37S and just hit 110,000 miles. I also made a few modifications. I've got a new suspension and exhaust. With the exhaust came a pair of FI RHFCs. With my new found mods, I'm considering an uprev tune to get a little more out of the engine. My only concern is the mileage. Is it worth tuning a car with over 100,000 on it, or should I just accept it as is and not waste my money?

Also, if it's worth it, does anyone know of a good tuner in the Houston area?
