I would strongly recomend waiting to put those mods on. Not because they might get in the way but because if they see those mods, they might try to void the warranty, depending on what warranty you got and its "rules"

Most powertrain warranties claim void if any engine mod has been done, including exhaust i believe.

Just wait till your car is done to add your mods.

And no, doing exhaust mods will not void your engine warranty.
The same way doing suspension mods will not void your electronics warranty.

Also, good thing they are fixing it under warranty. If you were stupid enough to pay $500 for a clutch fluid change, you have FAR bigger problems bro.
