Stillen High Boost Pulley
Hey guys i just ordered the stillen 9 pound high boost pulley i was wondering if any of you guys ( supercharged) have done this swap yet from the 7 pound to the 9 pound high boost pulley and have had good results....

The stock pulley is 8lbs and I made the switch to 9lbs. Makes great power, but I ran out of fuel and maxxed out the MAF's. So I've got new injectors and MAF's to install to make some more power!

I bypassed this and upgraded the impeller instead! You will need a bigger fuel pump( Just be safe) But the stock MAFs may run out of voltage. I made 457WHP on the impeller, MAFs and pump. I was seeing 11 PSI with the impeller. Stock 8LB pulley

see thats why i went with the 9 pound pulley.... the mafs are turned off so i dont think the voltage will be a problem at all... i have the walbro fuel pump so it is upgraded and with the injectors i should have a problem.... im trying to avoid building the motor for as long as i can LOL

Did you just say your mafs are OFF? how are you reading air flow?

yes the mafs are off but still reading air flow into the intakes... they just dont have a max... if i left them on with the amount of airflow it would through a cel because of the 1000cc injectors and the e85 it throws them off

Just got my car back this morning.... Holy S!hit what a difference i should be able to post up dyno sheet pictures once they are emailed to me.... but 93 pump had 3 pulls of 501 to the tire but more consistant numbers of 485-490.... E85 was right around 527 to the tire which is about right.... SPDCRZ be careful if youre on the stock internals... i had to limit the power on the E85 tune due to the stock block... anyway great mod cheap for a few extra pounds of boost

Very nice! My kit arrives Monday but not running the 9PSI pulley just yet. Going to custom tune with UPREV and install the kit on 93 pump gas as it comes and go from there. We will eventually tune with E85/9PSI/Bigger Injectors/Fuel Pump. I already picked up an oil cooler and waiting for my new clutch/flywheel/HD Slave Kit. Any gauges you guys recommend?
