Project Stillen Supercharger

Just got my stillen supercharger fully polished in today, will start work on it tomorrow! after supercharger is installed it will be going to jotech to have it tuned with 1000cc injectors as well as a larger fuel pump to be able to run E85 in it. Once tune is done ill post up numbers and pictures. shooting for 500hp to the ground on E85 and around 440 on pump gas well see what it puts down once everything is all said and done.

Current mods:
full Greddy cat back exhaust, Vossen CV4 20:10.5 all the way around, Stillen Gen 2 intake and stillen final crank pulley (obvioulsy the stillen mods will be taken off once supercharger is installed)

Good luck, you'll need it. I went on this quest and failed horriable, the whole story is on here.
Most Ive seen was 470+ Cliff, on here and myself at 457WHP( AWD Coupe). An we both ran upgraded impellers. You WILL nees a upgraded heat exchanger and MAF's. Cliff's MAFS ran out of voltage. I had the UPREV MAF's, 660CC's and DW300 pump.. Also we both where @12 PSI, Stock kit is 9 PSI

already ordered the 1000cc injectors and larger fuel pump...most likely ill end up in the 480-490 range if i hit 500 ill be surprised just based on what ive been talking to kenny about. once the car is all going and installed ill start taking pictures and dyno sheets ill be happy with around 450 -460 to the wheels on pump gas prob will be in the 440 range

I dont think you'll even be close. I didnt run out of fuel, Was just all the kit would make safely at 12 PSI. Just me but I think more like 440WHP range and only that high because the E85. If you where on 93OCT no more than 420WHP. Sorry, and hope I'm worng

Cool thanx man ,I know some guys get a little bent LOL, Its just I pushed to see 500WHP on their kit, I was even in some talks with them about what I was doing. They where talking about releasing a similar kit to what I was running as a STG2( never happened I guess) and really flirted with sending my car to them for the tune. But EH stayed local

The 425WHP on pump is VERY much in the range, My 412WHP remember was on a X 7spd auto , an so was the 457whp!!

Good luck. Had mine in for over a year now and had no issues. Will be doing the stage 2 kit this month I hope with a retune. I will drop number then and let you know what I am pushing too.

Sounds good!!! run the bigger injectors though i think with the E85 youll get a lot more throttle response from it..... but it also burns almost twice as fast as pump gas so be careful

Best of luck with your build sir. What pump do you plan on running? Walbro released a 400lph recently but I dont know if its any good. Aeromotive 340s are solid.
