Car is taking off on own in idle even with foot on brake

Hello and I'm sorry if this problem has been posted before but I could not find it. My car while in idle will just lunge forward (or reverse if backing in). I can't figure out what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated. It is a '08 G37S manual.

Few things

Components of the ignition system such as the ignition coil, spark plugs or spark plug wires that are not operating properly can often be the culprit of an engine surge. A few of the more technically complex reasons for engine surges while driving absolutely need to be addressed by a professional mechanic, mainly because they can be tricky to diagnose and repair even with significant expertise. Among these are fuel pressures that are too high going to the engine, which can be determined with the use of a fuel pressure gauge. The engine control module regulates the mixture of fuel and air to the ignition system and controls engine timing. When the engine module malfunctions professional intervention is mandatory to correct the situation.

Cut and pasted from a page but i also had a friend that had his cruise control stuck... not sure if that fits.

I have the same problem since 5 years now , tried everything i could think of . MAP sensor , MAF sensor , throttle Body , intake manifold , spark plugs , ignition coils , fuel injectors , vent control valve and even i tuned with uprev (updated ECU) . After replacing all of these parts still no change. I also have '08 G37s but 5AT .

It accelerate on its own , see the clip .

^^^???

Your car is a Manual Transmission? And it's lunging forward?

Is this an idle problem or a clutch problem? Clarify, please.

Possible to have a MT with a surging engine problem. Had that in my camaro when the optispark was on the fritz. New optispark along with rotor/plugs/wires fixed the issue.

My G37s 5at semi-auto does the same thing to varying degrees.
Sometimes its a small surge, other times its quite large. I've almost rammed a couple of parked cars pulling into a parking spot and it all of a sudden surges. It will surge while idling as well. Like a pulse. It will sometimes start surging while I'm at a stop light, and if I put it in N or P the idle will continue to surge from 500 to 2000 rpm. If I restart the car the problem goes away and often won't return for several days. It does seem to happen more often on hot days when the AC is working hard, but I haven't found a solution thus far. If you figure it out, I would love to find out what it is.. I will do the same

Air conditioning or heater turning on full? that will raise RPMs enough to make the car want to go forward a bit.

Not too sure about it having a lot of power behind it, but the RPMs raise a bit when this happens.

To be more clear it's only happening when AC is working. It never happen to me while AC is off.

^ well then there is what's happening.

The AC pushes your RPMs higher which is natural when it needs to push more cold air. Nothing you can do about it other then not use your AC. Lol

Mine does the same
jump from reg idle to 2k or 2500 rpm
Reset ecu and everything works fine then it does it again
My normal commute only last about 10 mins

Yeah, I've never had it happen while the AC is off either, but I've only owned the car for a few months and its black on black so the AC is always on
