Servicing a Sealed 7AT Transmission Questions

Hey all, im sure this question was answered a million times already but according to my infiniti dealer the sealed 7AT transmissions do not require the fluid to be replaced...i want to ask you all how accurate is this and if anyone has done it anyway ?

Ive got a 2009 g37x sedan w/ 47k miles.

Dealer told me something similar, had them drain and refill anyway. Found shifting to be smoother after fluid change, especially from 3rd to 4th.

Had my fluid drained at 60k miles....it was absolutely disgusting. Thick and brown like oil. Had brand new bright red Nissan OEM auto fluid put in and the car felt much better.
