this wont effect emissions when i get my car smogged right?

I noticed the bolts Motordyne provides with the M370 are all different legnths, whereas the stock manifold bolts are all the same legnth. Are the Motordyne bolts supposed to be screwed on with the longest on top and shortest on the bottom or shortest on top and longest on the bottom?

My bolts keep coming loose after a couple hundred miles so I have to retorque them often. I thought maybe the bolt legnths and correct locations might have something to do with it.

Put some blue loctite on the bolts.

Proper torqueing does nothing the bolts still come loose!
