I went out for a spin yesterday for the first time, the OS giken shifts smoothly from 1-6, however, I did find it hard to shift the car in reverse. There's no grinding noise or anything, it's just harder to shift it when compared to the rest of the gears. When the car warms up, the reverse gear goes in a lot easier. Anyone know if this is a issue? Or if I have to learn how to shift it better now that the clutch is stiffer?
It's a manual. (Just in case)

 

Have you adjusted your shift guide plate after reinstalling the transmission?
