Cranked the G37 with the TT install, Code P0102

P0102-Maf sensor low voltage
The car cranked fine after the twin turbo install, but I have one code P0102, which automatically activates the vdc off, slip, and ses ligt as well. So my car is on limp mode, doesn't get past 3,000 RPM. I'm a nooby, so I would like to know if anyone here has had this code with their G37 and how they fixed it, my car has never had any issues. Is it possible that the maf sensor was mounted backwards into the intakes or maybe even got dirty?
Thanks in advance for your help,

It IS possible to mount the MAF backwards. Don't know if it would give you that code though. Easy fix though.

Are the MAFS plugged in tightly?

Let say you forgot to plug in the MAF and you trigger the P0102 code. The code will not go off once you fix the issue! This code you have to go in and reset it before it turns off the code or reconfirm that something is still wrong; you can use Uprev to reset it.

I have tested to see if you can mount the MAF backwards a few weeks ago and you can't (on Stillen G3). Although it might seem like it can fit other directions, if you try to screw it on backwards the thread holes will not line up perfectly.

Wouldnt it be so obvious as a damaged MAF?

I read about a Nissan owner that installed backwards, and got the code.

All right, is their any other ways of resetting besides uprev? Will I lose my turbo file if I reset it?

Well my intakes came with the GTM kit.

It seems unlikely that my maf sensors would be broken, but it's still a possibility.

Thanks for all your help, anyone else with that issue?

So you bought the upgraded MAF? The upgraded MAF requires a customized scaling. Is your car tuned for it?

I have the same kit as you, does that come with upgraded MAF sensors?

As long as you're using stock MAF or a MAF with the same mounting layout the rule still applies...
If you really want to double check try flipping one of the MAF around and see if the mounting holes will line up, most likely not.
This should confirm that you mounted the MAF in the right direction.

Is disconnecting the battery considered a reset? To remove the code?

You have to remove I belive the negative battery cable for 15 mins and the reconnect it and that will reset it.

I found the issue! The bank 1/passenger intake bracket, was backwards. The MAF bracket is upside down, so my shop is rewelding the bracket so that the correct side of te MAF sensor is inserted, thanks guys! The car is sounding so nice!
