Has anyone tried fitting a 17 inch wheel in the rear and cleared the calipers with no problem?
Any suggestions which wheel will fit without rubbing on calipers . Looking to go 17/9.5 or bigger.

When I asked my shop to look into this, he called Tire Rack.com and was told 18's were only available to fit smaller.

I'm not convinced of this for the rear. I have at LEAST 1" clearance from caliper to the inner rim with 18's. You only need another 1/2" from my spec.

Doubt you will find answers here, but 350Z may yield more info.

I just got my MT drag radials today.
Since I'm running 265/40/18 I ordered the Enkei RPF1 in a 9.5 to get a little more sidewall. I should be ready to hit the track next week.
