47,000 on my 08' 6MT, had the muffler baffle issue, and had the ABS sensor on the front left wheel act up (had to replace the wheel bearing assembly under warranty). Other then that all has been good.
Also I would note that I have been running the Stage 1 GTM supercharger for 12,000 miles without as much as a hiccup.

I'm currently sitting at 83,500 mi with my 2008 G37S journey coupe with every feature except for 4-wheel active steering. The only modification I've made is to throw on a K&N intake, which did nothing to increase power, but made the exhaust sound even more awesome.
I bought the car used about 8 months ago. I don't think the previous owner had any mods since everything was stock when I bought it.
Here are some of the problems I have had:
* Both front wheel bearings went out ($600 including parts and labor at my local mechanic - somewhat common)
* Screws for moonroof motor came loose, causing moonroof to not close - spent several hours diagnosing and fixing that
* Muffler rattle (still need to get that fixed - manufacturer defect)
* Annoying brake squeaking in reverse (common Nissan issue)
* Miscellaneous trim pieces with way too many scratches for a luxury vehicle
* Terrible paint develops new spots weekly (another common issue with infiniti paint)
Some of the things I've done recently which have made a big difference:
* Changed transmission and rear differential fluids (for smoother shifts and longer life)
* Cleaned throttle bodies (absolute must do for MOAR POWER! and better throttle response)
* Changed cabin air filter (old one looked like it's been there since the factory)
* Installed a sub to supplement bass on stock BOSE system
I typically get 16 mpg city, 24 highway. I drive like it like a banshee, so I'm super paranoid about keeping up with maintenance. I respond to every abnormal noise and feeling. I plan to take the car up to about 160,000 miles.
My car could use new spark plugs, a new exhaust, and maybe an uprev tune to maximize power. The G37 has enough problems to keep me on my toes, but not enough to make me wish I had a different car. It's an incredible machine and I absolutely love it.

Did you request a copy of the maintenance record from your infiniti dealer? I got mine for my 09 G37s Sedan that I purchaded late last year and there were quiet a few things replaced/fixed. I am beginning to believe what non-nissan owners say about infiniti/nissan. Our cars are like the cadillacs of the japanese cars.......
I bought mine when it had 44.8k and now sits at 49.7k. A few things on my car record:
-Rear differential leak. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the subframe differential and bushing under warranty.
-Extremely loose Parking brake- got it adjusted at teh dealer.
-Battery issue - It is a TBS. The previous owner got it fixed at the dealer when it had 34k.
-Brake Judder - It is a TBS. Previous owner had it replaced/Fixed when it was 26k
-Coolant upper hose replacement due to leak- replaced twice under warranty. One from the previous owner at 28k, and the last one was at 46k.
-ECU replacement due to constant electrical Frequency noise while driving.
Now, I am in the middle of an oil consumption test (a TBS). I need to bring it back after putting 1k miles.
Not sure if I got a lemon. But I really love this car and has brought me more smiles than I can count

Might be a contender here...
I have 204,000 Km ( ~125k miles??) on my 2010 G37X (Which I bought new in Nov 2010).
Yeah - It's a lease with 40K per year - I think I'm buying this one out at the end
Been though both front wheel bearings, and planning on replacing the front left CV shaft assembly in the next week or so. Other than that, nothing significant...*Knocks on wood*

My 08' 37S which got totaled last Christmas had 149k mi on it with no major issues. Judging from my compression testing I did to it when I had changed the spark plugs at about 100k, the car would have easily went to 200K+ without breaking a sweat. The car did do many runs from NJ to Florida throughout it's life too.

08 G37s - 54k miles
Bought the car a year ago with 37k miles on it. Here is what I have noticed and what I have done.
- all weather floor mats a must (previous owners heal literally dug a hole into the floor where your foot goes)
- exhaust (because racecar)
- dry air filter (easier maintenance)
- cabin air filter (stock one was black)
- brake rotors and pads (still had life left on mine but couldn't tell and got a good deal)
- summer/winter wheels and tires (must for the snow. 245/275 summer setup and 225 square winter setup)
- oil changes every 5k-8k miles
Now for the problems
- sunroof screw for the motor (huge pain in the ***!!!)
- throwout bearing screams like a supercharger (will replace when doing clutch/flywheel)
- bit of clutch slip under heavy acceleration (i'm third owner and I assume that previous owners learned manual on this car)
- trim pieces extremely scratched up (on to-do list. Makes interior look ****ty)
- black is extremely hard to keep clean. Tons of little scratches across my car. Needs a good detail
- SERVICE ENGINE SOON light just came on last week. Assuming its on oxygen sensor. Will get that checked out next week.
- check oil periodically. Sometimes my oil level drops down. This only happened after first oil change. common thing for vq to eat up oil though.
- stiff brake line snapped while doing rotors/pads. Easy OEM fix.
- Keep an eye on all fluids. They are easily accesible and no excuse to allow them to run low.
Love the car, premium fuel is a must IMO. average about 20 mpg 40% city 60% highway. Navigation kind of sucks. Most of the time it can't find where I want to go. Thinking of upgrading to 2010 navi.
Also, my car is my b1tch. I have learned early that they hate to be babied. Transmission feels loose, engine is grumpy and vibrates but when you drive it like you stole it (took it for a couple laps during a track day) everything felt absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!
