Help G37 Pings while idling/driving

G37 Pings while idling/driving
Sup guys... I recently just got my car back from an accident I had awhile ago ... and now it sounds like a small pinging/pecking noise when I'm idling the car and driving. It starts for like 5-8 seconds and then disappears... then suddenly appears again within like a minute or two ... maybe more haven't really tested it more than 3-4 minutes.
I got the car back like two weeks ago from the car shop. It didn't make any noise when I left the shop and I'm pretty sure it just started.
The only thing I can think of is because I haven't changed the oil filter for 6k miles. Not sure whether that means anything.
I do use premium gas always. Usually from HESS/Valero/EXXON.
Not sure what it might be.... can anyone provide assistance?
