Well, it appears he's been banned. Last post was in 2013 so who knows.
From the tuning evolution that these cars have seen, today this should yield an easy 800whp daily on low boost with tons of torque.
Back then bolted cars would see 300-310 tuned NA and most average FI setups averaging 400-500whp. We now see a 15-20% increase just from the evolution and understanding of ignition/VTC/VVEL angles.

as bull said above development in the last 8-10yrs the results from the first post where impressive then but disappointing now especially considering the built stroker. However this stroked engine with the new FI options and tuning development would probably be a torque monster. Not sure if stroking to that extent would weaken the block walls too much preventing it from being a 1000whp contender. But 700whp with 550-600wtq mid range probably no prob.

With a SC setup that is more limited in max boost vs a big turbo setup, adding the stroked engine might be a good pairing especially with TG rotrex kit.
