G37 Sedan - Fast Intentions or Berk HFC's?
Which is the superior all-around HFC for a daily driven sedan (assuming there's even a difference)?
I want good flow, zero rasp, no CEL, and resistance to the elements (will be daily driven year round in the DC Metro area). I will be running the HFC with STOCK exhaust (that's my preference for the sound level and quality, and looks).
I noticed that the FI has the J-bung for the OEM narrowbands, while the Berks retain the factory exhaust to chassis brace points. Not sure how much either matters.
Thanks

From experience, I highly recommend going with Resonated HFCs from Fast Intentions. It absolutely eliminates any rasp.
A local buddy had HFCs paired with his stock exhaust and it caused NOTHING but rasp.
Let me know if you're interested, I just became an exclusive rep for Fast Intentions. There's just no other way to go.

Ah, cool. 1clean, can you drop me a PM with a quote to zip 22206?
I'm not ready to buy immediately as I'm moving from CA to VA this week and need to focus all costs on the move, but will probably buy within 30 days.
Thanks,
Ash

When im able to mod my g, im going with the HKS paired with the fi rhfc's. saw a YouTube video of these paired and it sounded great.(but im sure it would sound much better in person) Off topic but OP where are you moving to in VA? Nova im guessing?

Sorry to bump an old thread but I can't seem to find any videos or even impressions of FI RHFCs on a sedan with an otherwise stock exhaust. There are plenty of videos with the Berks on stock catbacks. I like the idea of the resonated HFCs eliminating rasp but am afraid the resonated cats might not make the exhaust any louder than stock. I'd love to achieve a sound similar to the stock coupe. Anyone have a video or experience to share?
