Changed my oil tonight on the '11 G. Only 4700 miles on it. I could swear the old oil has a smell of gas to it. It wont blow you away, but I can tell its there.

First oil change was at 1200, then 2500, now 4700 (I know I dont hit the mileage limits but I DO hit the time limits, 4 or 5 months on the oil).

I use Pennzoil ultra 5W-30. The car rarely gets driven long distances (important because maybe thats why Im getting a fuel smell in the oil?) The oil level never decreases or increases....its always dead on from where it was after its last change. Something told me I should have gotten a sample as it was draining, but I didnt so I cant send it away to Blackstone (reliably, anyway...I still have the old oil sitting in my catch pan but who knows what its contaminated with)

Has anyone else experience this? I figured if the engine was running THAT rich some code would have triggered somewhere but there is no check engine light, etc. Ive noticed a little less low-end power than when the car was brand new, but I was figuring thats just because the engine is breaking in.

i think your just tripping out, go get some test strips and give them a go... all in all your CEL would have come on
