G37 transmission flare!!!

Today, I drove to the gas station from college. It was around 10 miles. Then I filled up gas. 93 octane. and it was about 14 gallons of gas... I drove out of the gas station into the highway. I shifted around 3K RPMs.

In both the first and second gear, the car did this...

2012 Ford Fusion 6F35 Transmission Flare - After First Repair Attempt - YouTube

It did what exactly what it did around in the first 10 seconds in the video.

I didn't know what the term was until I did 1 hour of research. People call it a transmission flare. What do i do? I tried to duplicate it for a video but the car wouldnt do it. I really dont want the tranny to go out early.

*edit* it did it going from first to second gear and then again from second to third gear.

If the technicians at your dealership cannot duplicate the condition they cannot help you. Try to note exactly what is going on with the car when it happens so that you can make the car do it again for the service techs.

Do you think if I take a video of my car doing it they will be sufficient enough? The car only has 15k miles on it and I got it used with 14k miles on it. No accidents. and the car was stock. I think the guy before me drove it only on the weekends

No. They need to have the car do it while they're examining it. A video won't help.
