I'm still trying to figure out how to fit even 17" rims on our sport calipers

 

Reading this post and laughing at some of the doubt and negativity due to the fact the I know G37Stampa very well. He has been through this all before and knows what is needed to make a car go down the drag track. He has an 8sec STREET Supra and knows the game of drag racing pretty well.

 

Right now my measly 11.72 is ranking high on the G37 drag list.

Are you gonna stick with the VHR heads? Might as well swap to the HR heads. Full control over cams as opposed to the VHR and better reliability.

thats because the g37 is sucky drag car even with a turbo, props to you for getting in the 11's

 

2jz we got alot of those here in dallas. one guy is building up a 1600whp and he has his build thread up and running. everyone here is getting ready for tx2k right now.

yo man launching at 60 mph and a drag strip is different homeboy.

anyone can get a build right for a 1/4. pour in 30 40 k onto something and let someone build right up is no problem. going 200 plus with minor problems is hard as ****.

i just found it interesting. nothing more nothing less.

K, what I meant by that is that it's a STREET CLASS Supra with IRS, full interior, power steering, radio, etc. not a back half car or all out race car, maybe G37Stampa can post some pics to show what I mean.
