If you look at the picture in my last response (see the "click" link), you'll see what front end of the car looks like without the front cap.

Hi..this is superchargedg37 and i am responding to my Stillen Supercharged questions...When you mentioned the Stillen Up-Rev Tune are their any other tunes that I may have gotten at the install or can I purchase an Up-Rev Tune separate from the original install tune???

I, too, am curious to hear your thoughts on the Stillen supercharger. How did the install go? Were there any issues? How do you like the supercharger?

 

Is it true that the G can't break into the 12's with a supercharger? I would have thought it would be deep into the 12's...

 

With TRACTIOn I don't see why not.

 

question for those that have the SC. Do you have to keep an eye on the oil when you have this installed?

 

If you are talking about engine oil, I use synthetic and change at 2000 to 2500 intervals, the same as before I had the SC. I have not had an analysis done but visually it does not look any different than prior to the SC. I have an oil cooler as well.

this is superchargedg37...i have a stillen supercharger and just found out about a problem i was driving with..
When the install was finished by my infiniti dealership, i drove the car about 5,000 miles and noticed there was a problem with the performance.
I drove immediately to the dealership and found out the tune provided by stillen was just the "tune to get me to a dyno for information" on my engine and then i would obtain a "final" tune that stillen would provide!!!
My tech didn't know of this "temporary" tune and to think i have been driving with a supercharged engine that was 145 hp less than promised as well as a huge torque difference..
When all is completed with the final tune i would enjoy collaborating on our supercharged infiniti's.
Any idea the 0-60 for the supercharged infiniti??????

 

Dang! You drove 5,000 miles and realized that your G didn't feel like it had an additional 100hp?
