Automatic transmissions such as the 7AT in your G are complex units with tons of moving parts inside. Ask yourself if what you are doing is worth the possibility of having your parents pay a 5 figure repair bill for your carelessness.

I genuinely hope you don't kill yourself.

Not only is going D > N > D bad for the car, it's pretty risky if you're doing it at speed. You don't know what gear it'll be in when you go to D and all hell can break loose very quickly.

Good luck with your future transmission-shredding goals of 2011 OP.

Also, it would help to list things that wud hurt my transmission while im in manual mode, i wud very very very much appreciate this.

I don't even understand what the point of you doing this is? You realize that putting it in neutral actually ends up burning more fuel then it does keeping it in gear right? Other then that, I can't figure out what else you would be "trying" to accomplish by by doing this. Most amiteur drivers think that putting a car into "N" will "save on gas"...IT DOESN'T. Your injectors are just as open if not more,

What you're doing is simply a double negative with absolutely ZERO benefits....but 1000x of flaws.
