Haha, I'm not trying to say anything personal. It's just there's toooo many different variables at play to just say 299hp and call it a day. You said you were on a dynapack right? Which if I recall they usually read really high, while something like a mustang will ready very low. You could have 300 on a dynapack but then go put down 260 on a mustang. Even the weather and altitude can have an effect on the numbers. That's why I'm just wanting to know a baseline, to see if the tune actually did anything. Again sorry if I came off as offensive.
