Personally, I'm goin to go with the gtm supercharger. Why?
Price: 2k initial less cost than the turbo kit.
Reliabilty: supercharger is more reliable. Less stain on the motor. It's a smooth increase in power rather than a jolt like a turbo
Ease of installation: compared to a turbo the instal is much simpler.
Power delivery: I want more low/mid end power, this car already ha great power higher up.
Price: 2k initial less cost than the turbo kit.

To the OP's original question, I can't tell you much about the STS so I can't tell you which is better. I know a bit about the GTM system from the tons of things I've read about it (both good and bad) and from talking to Sam personally. If your choice is between only those 2 options I'd select the GTM but that's just my opinion. If I found out more about the STS I might feel differently.

But I was just in this debate (I was more of a listener than a participant) this past weekend with some very well respected and experienced local techs who do this every day. They strongly disagreed and both of them are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. They both had excellent points and neither was really "wrong".
Good luck with your GTM SC decision and keep us updated. I'm sure you'll be very happy.

thx for all the imput im gonna do some resarch on both. so far im leaning towards gtm. Im leaving for kandahar afghanistan soon and will be back in march I wanna reward myself with something nice when i get back.
