Still want to know if you have a ballpark idea of an availability date. And what's the difference between the 2 new dynos (the higher HP one vs the higher TQ one)?

OMG37 05-21-2011 01:41 AM

meh...needs more power. :)

tWistedMissiOn 05-21-2011 03:08 PM

Holy crap, this is realllyyy tempting!!!

Amir 05-21-2011 08:22 PM

One of the appealing things about this kit is its done with the exhaust stock.

chuckie311 05-22-2011 02:52 AM

some great numbers!!

G37Sam 05-22-2011 04:33 AM

How long will the stock cats last though?

Must one have a stock exhaust to obtain such numbers?

Come on Sam! (@GTM) this teaser is just about cruelest thing thing you've done recently. I know you're still in testing mode, but help us out here man. Give us some ideas as to what price and availability might be.

The results of Stage 2 are absolutely phenomenal so just put us out of our misery and reply to post!

Amir 05-22-2011 10:00 PM

Is it possible to compare this to a stock R35 GTR?
can the graphs be matched to an R35 that has been on the same dyno?

Best way to get updates is call and inquire about it.

Sam anything else?

There's more info over on the370z.com. They said they're finalizing pricing and the press release will be done next week. Looks like it's available on the website for about 500 more than the stage one, not bad.

However, I'm still wondering about the possibility VVEL control, since the only major change with the stage 2 seems to be a larger s/c unit.

^ they changed the intake piping and a few other things. I think the price is going to go up on the website after it is officially released.

dfw0837 06-09-2011 02:59 PM

Right, minor things which won't (physically) justify a price increase, just the blower itself. Now I'll have to call to see if you're correct, if it's substantial I may have to go ahead and bite the bullet on this setup.
