I am yet to see someone doing before and after dyno on just headers

The extra HP made from all the money invested on the headers + coating + labor is simply not worth it, I'd throw the money in that SC piggybank of yours

^ I'd agree with that.. I've even seen loss of power with a GTM SC install + Fast Intentions LTH.. But it's your car, so your decision. Just everything I've read about headers on this car haven't been worth the investment as they are on some other cars.

I have Stillen headers and It took Amplified Motorsports almost 12 hours to install. They lined up just fine to the stock cats and the gains were noticable from the drivers seat.
If you can get a good price on the install it's worth the cost imho.
It's an efficiency mode

^can you expand on the a/c suffering part? Would the compressor run @ slower rpms? And not put out as cold of air?
I wonder if 4.083 gears would offset that.

The smaller crank pulley means that the belt will be traveling at a slower speed than it used to be when it had a larger pulley, the same belt that powers the A/C compressor, do the math.

have to agree with Sam on this...dont waste your time on it....sorry i dont jump on here much but i am guessing your going with GTM...IMO just focus on the overall goal than spend money on the little things that wont satisfies you like going Boost.
