Don't worry about that. They can make them for your G37. They had nothing listed for the Solara (or Camry) so e-mailed them and they told me to mail them tracings of outline shape of the pedals I wanted and they custom made them for me.

On my Solara, the dead pedal and brake pedal are very close to the stock shape and size (just very slightly larger). For the gas pedal, I custom designed it after the shape of another aftermarket pedal I liked.

Congrats on your G37. As a fellow Brooklynite I might understand your decision to lease. Anyways you may discover after owning the G for a while that nothing brings more pleasure then being able to modify the hell out of your car. After looking at other vehicles in this class and above I always came back to the G because of its beauty and the vast owner support and aftermarket options. Good Luck and enjoy bro!
