Only ~500 miles into the breakin on my new car, but I was wondering if/when its suggested to change out the initial fill of oil. Ive read people saying 500 miles, when break in is over (1200 miles), or just keep it in until first normal interval (3750 miles)

Suggestions?

On top of that, should I just go right to whatever oil I intend on using from now on? Right now a toss up between Penzoil Ultra and Redline (Ultra is much easier to get)

i would follow the manual and wait til around 3750 miles to get your first oil change. read pennzoil ultra is pretty good. i took mine to the dealer and they use mobil clean..not sure how good that is
