Update: Went to the shop and tried for a good two hours with a bolt extracting kit, extender, breaker bar, and a 4 ft pipe to break the drivers side bolt. Couldn't do it, no idea why. So I grabbed a dremmel with a metal cutting kit and sat under my car for 10 minutes contemplating how to go about this job. Said screw it, and went to a pro shop. They took a torch to the cat to get the bolt off, something I would have no idea how to do. But eventually, the bolt came out and they swapped out the cat. I'm finally done with this project after paying $100 to get it finished, so not too bad.
