So i bought yellow fogs for it and i take out the wheels then i see my real problem. The front right cv boot by the axle is ripped could this be because i lowered my car? I am just wondering will this be under warranty? Please help

Typically they rip on all cars.
You could replace it and hit a large pothole a week later and it rip. However, you may have some future problems with it drying up because the joints are suppose to be lubricated and that boot keeps it from drying out.
I wouldn't worry about it because you lowered it. Lowering springs have nothing to do with the boot ripping, its just merely driving and it happens. Take it to a mechanic first, see what he says, then take it to the dealer. If there is pressure points because of lowering the car that made the boot rip, then the mechanic should tell you so.
If not, this is probably not covered under warrenty.
Have you hit a large pothole recently?
