Stupid question, can you get a single turbo for a g37?

Quicker spool time for those that like that off the line torque. I don't because torque is what breaks sh*t.

So all the people who actually went twin turbo or FI, why no timeslips? It all matters on a good tune to the car, but torque is necessary.
