need help ASAP clutch inquiry

Hey guys im running 60k now.
After one of my friends drove my car when i was hammered, im sure he fed up my clutch.
when i accelerate RPM goes up but car won't go as normal (im still driving around) im pretty sure it's clutch..but

1) is it clutch? or clutch pad.. what is the exact part that i need to replace with.

2) relatively, (price, performance) what clutch(brand and part name) is good to replace with OEM one.

3) it really depends where i live, but how long does it take to install at shop, and approximated installation fee??

It's always good to resurface the flywheel to have a nice even break-in with the new clutch. I would just recommend getting the Spec billet steel flywheel (28lbs compared to stock being 32lbs), it's cheap, and it's a few pounds lighter then stock so there's some extra acceleration benefits without the transmission chatter like aluminum based flywheels.

Southbend makes a good clutch. Their stage 1 uses an organic OEM exedy clutch with their own pressure plate. Smooth engagement, no harsh clamping force.

Yeah it's on the lines with the OS Giken. I know someone who blew their slave cylinder with the OS and the Spec, but the aftermarket cylinder available now should do the trick. F*ck cheap plastic, metal all the way!

so far here my list
option 1 is maybe just out of budget...but still considering

OPTION1) OS Giken Twin plate clutch- $1795 (includes a performance flywheel)

OPTION2) Spec billet steel flywheel (28lbs compared to stock being 32lbs) + Southbend Stage 2 Clutch

OPTION3) FROM STILLEN : ACT Clutch Kit with Heavy Duty Pressure Plate and Performance Organic Street Disc
+ Stillen:Light weight aluminum flywheel

im only running stillen 3rd gen and fast int exhaust.
not so sure if im puttuing force induction yet.
but since im spendin money i want a lil different than stock
what would you recomand? faster the help is better since my car isn't going well on the hill.....=(

Actually South Bend has there own linings made for there stage 1 kit because no body makes good linings in the 250mm size Stock is 240mm. The linings SBC uses in their stage 1 kits are MUCH better than a stock lining.
