Dyno Help

Guys, need a little help. Took my 2010 G37S Convertible to LG Performance here in Texas (they are famous for their Covette tuning and race cars) to have my car dynoed. Issue is we cant get the Tach reading past 5500-6000 on the dyno graph. The tuner is pulling the car to 7500 and it is showing 7500 on the display tach on the computer but the signal just stops after 5500-6000 on the RPM HP graph. he connected the pickup to the #1 coil/plug wire and just about anywhere else he could get to, but we had the same results. Any dyno operators out there have a suggestion as to where he should pick the signal up from. The Dyno is working correctly as they had just dynoed a ZR-1 they tuned (750 rwhp, an absolute beast) and the graph displayed correctly. Any suggestions? BTW on the speed/HP graph it pulled 285 stock. i know, i know each dyno is different but still impressed.

Is his pickup set for a v8?

7500 * 6 / 8 = 5625
