Angry Lunging / Jerking

I have a 2008 G37s. When I press the accelerator, it hesitates for just a second and the goes as expected. Adding a fuel injector cleaner makes the problem less. Has anyone ever experienced this or have any suggestion on how to fix it? It has roughly 40K miles and runs great other than this problem. I always use 93 octane gas.

How often is it doing this, at what kind of speeds, and with how much accelerator (half, full, etc.)?

Mine is doing basically the same thing, feels like it's starved for fuel for a second.

Yea bro, I have the same year, and mileage on my G, and have noticed similar ish with it. I'm not sure what it is, I didn't think nada of it cuz I just got it back from the dealer, and they inspected the ride (well they say) and said all was fine. I'm gonna try and put some fuel injector next time I have to fill up and see...
