It's funny when I brought up the issue to corporate, they said they have never heard of it before. There are two complaints on the NHTSA website (one is mine), and a bunch of threads on here too. I'd be amazed if I am the only one having a problem that actually mentioned it to the dealer.

Let's push them to fix it, or at least recognize that it is a problem. I can say with absolute certainty that it does not affect all cars. I have had a bunch of G35HR and G37 sedans as loaners and never had it pop up.

Mine seems very unsure of itself when I am coasting then just need to give it a little bit of gas, in other words, city traffic.

That's probably part of their script. Think about it: would you expect them to concede that they're getting tons of complaints, but they're unwilling to do anything about it?

Until it affects them in the pocketbook, don't expect much to happen.
