I just got a call from stillen and they looked at the 9.3 for boost is maybe being caused by my stock cats failing and it could be boost creep. on the other hand the hp went up to 397 and the sensors was infact lose

will do. UPREV and stillen are working hard together to make these kits perfect for every car as well. I have to say between working with both companys it has been a breeze. they are both awesome. UPREV is now putting my MXP Test pipes back on the car and then they are going to inspect them to see if it is the stock cats for sure that maybe causing the boost creep

If by F/I you mean CTS-V Coupe, then yeah, I do plan on going F/I. But I need to knock off a bank first.
