i'm a nerd when it comes to mechanical stuff. but! i diy everything else on my car without paying a dime except for paint and alignment. good enough in my books till i learn more about my own engine.

Honestly, I think if you can install a cold air intake, you can install this kit. Save the 1k labor cost for the new clutch you will undoubtedly need.

My guy said $700 so I guess it's not too bad,I would try it myself but I'm not handy like that when it comes to cars + this way if something goes wrong I have someone to yell at LoL

Would we need a lift to get under the car? That's my biggest problem. I don't feel like squeezing my big gut under the car unless its for something minor.

Modme did it on jackstands in his garage. Its still nothing like a lift but it shows it can be done.
