Yeah but your dealer probably didnt care about mods. Some dealers are PITA with mods and others like beshoff are mod welcoming lol.

Mind emphasizing on the "transmission issue" that you had?

^whether they are mod friendly or not it doesnt change their legal obligation to show that the mod was the cause for the problem if they want to void any warranty

Not only do they have to prove it, but they have to prove it to the point it will hold up in court. It's called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and 99% of the time if you call them out on a false claim of blaming some other part, they will cave. It is not worth them going to court when it's cheaper for them to replace a part.

I had my synchronizer go out. causing my 5th gear to grind everytime. every other gear was fine outside 5th. my dealership here in missouri has been very good to me in handling issues with my G.

My 2nd gear will SOMETIMES grind if i dont push it hard enough into gear. and my 3rd gear seems to be not consistent going into that gear

Mine would grind in 5th EVERY time. no matter what I did or how i did it. hopefully your dealership is as kind as mine. but your intakes are already off so you should be ok.

While we're at the subject of trannys,

I've been having issues with mine. Occasionally, when I'm taking off from a complete stop (i.e. stoplight), The car would seem to struggle to catch gear and take off and would "chug" along for a second or two. Does anyone here have the same problem?

Keep a steady foot. I think your just letting off the clutch too fast and pressing the gas too fast.

whenever you normal shift and you grind gears, thats a way of telling your synchros are gone
