Exedy stage 1 / 2 or JWT for 450+ hp?

Exedy stage 1 / 2 or JWT for 450+ hp?
Dont know which to get. i might finally get the funds to get a new clutch. What stage / brand should i get? exedy stage 1 said its got 2260~ of force but only recommended for "light modifications." what is that?

Stage 1 is for minor bolt-ons. It only a tad bit stronger then the stock clutch. To handle 450whp you would probably need a Stage 3.

Was looking into the spec stage 2+ (440wtq) or stage 3 (495wtq) as well.
