What's the point in a new car. Just use synthetic and get regular oil changes. Engine should last for 100k+. I used it in my first car when I was sixteen that was burning a lot of oil. It made it burn even more. Ruined my lifters.

GT35R, I tend to agree with MAXIPAD'. You are right, some of the guys on
BITOG swear by the stuff. One situation that I might consider using it is if
I bought a used car with over 70K and it looked grundgy under the valve
covers, then I would consider running it for a short OCI dilluted with
cheap dino with high cleaning additive package, followed by a couple of
high ester oil changes to get all the varnish out. I also might use it
to clean out a small engine carb that has been sitting and gets
gunked-up...like a mower or snowblower. Other than that, I wouldn't
put solvents in my oil, or oil in my gas....unless it's a 2-cycle engine.

You shouldn't need anything like that in a new car. I used it a few times on an older Jeep and it did help, but it had like 90,000 on the odometer and wasn't well taken care of.

It works very well as an engine flush when changing your oil. In addition, I use it every so often to clean my fuel system, this I do for all my vehicles.
