Laggy gas pedal

Laggy gas pedal

Hey guys why is the gas pedal laggy on my 09 g37x?? is there anything i can do to fix it ?? or anything i can buy?? thanks guys

It's a Drive by Wire system, that's just the way it is made. The Blitz Throttle Controller will fix that. I believe that using a device like the Cobb AP will take the throttle lag out.

You're correct about the Cobb too. It will allow you to adjust your throttle response. I adjusted mine and it's ridiculous. It feels like there 3 times the amount of torque when you just gently tap the gas now.

Type "Cobb" in the search bar and the results will return tons of threads. Click on the ones by vendors selling the Cobb AccessPort and I'm sure they will have some information on them.

Will this Cobb AP affect the gas mileage? I would assume with a quicker throttle response the car needs more juice.
