Nominated for post of the year. I was lol'ing so hard my wife came in to see what's was going on.

I told her, "Just blatant racial stereotyping of an innocent Asian buffoon in Louisiana."
She says, "You shouldn't be dong this."
I said, "A Mexican in Cali is doing it."
She said, "He's got a lot of nerve. Tell him you are going to call La Migra and he'll disappear from his keyboard pronto. And tell him those oranges and lettuce aren't going to pick themselves." Sorry Gamedog.

My wife the biggot.

Ok, J here's the deal.

I've had that happen to me before (hood stuck on passenger side, won't open, not the racial stereotyping, haha).

I took it to one dealership, they wanted to charge me for it and blamed it on something. They wanted to take off the wheel, and release the latch from underneath the car. I took it to another dealership, and the tech opened it in 10 min.

The wire that releases the latch is most likely caught or snagged by something (sometimes by the black radiator shroud, you have to be mindful of the wire when you screw the shroud back). When the wire is pinched, the tension won't transfer to release both sides. The tech was able to use a long screw driver or some kind of tool to reach in from the front of the car to release the latch.

Have your dealership try that.

Story time

They check my car and they figure out the problem. The popped my hood and it turned out one of my lines broke somehow. They were about to do it for free until they saw tons and tons of condensation on that side headlight. They come back in and ask where I got all my mods and body work done at. Being the asian I am, I lied and said I drove to Houston, Texas to clearview to get it install. They search the system and nothing came up for me. I ran to my car and grab a fake invoice from when I got my TS-P lip painted and they go Oh ok then all your other mods are under warranty by us. At this point Im thinking in my head "yes, I love baton rouge". Then he goes "All your other mods are cover but this isn't so it will be 313 dollars for part and labor. I would have never figure it out if it wasn't for a bad job on your lights. Someone did not seal it right and there is condensation all over your lights. Therefor I can't warranty this one part but I can't warranty other stuff" Im depress now but the worst thing is when I dug in my pocket. I FORGOT MY MONEY AND LICENSE AT HOME! Im phoning people to come pick me up to go home to get money cause I have none when my phone dies. Im feeling stupid right now but then I go "hey I memorize my CC. Is that cool?". He goes "yeah thats cool. you must shop alot online for mods if you memorize it by heart".

Part 2 for black betty.
Advisor: well we give complementary car wash so thats a good
Myself: Nah Nah Im ok. I don't want no swirl marks with your one bucket wash.
Advisor: Well I really recommend it cause your car is dirty
Myself: I rather it be dirty then for you to put a chainsaw to it

in the end(cons):
I COULD HAVE GOT IT FREE IF IT WASN't FOR MY LEAK HEADLIGHT blahhh
FCK UP MY RADIATOR Shroud paint so I have to repaint it!
I paid 313 dollar in labor and parts.
I wait 4 and a half hours
Phone died
I paid my friend 20 dollar for gas for driving all the way across town to come pick me up when I didn't need it no more and He waited 1 hour too.
Someone rev my **** cause I heard it
Someone had my music blasting to the max on rap

the pros:
Infiniti love my car and kept asking what other mods im going to do and that they will install parts for me and only me.

THEY WANT TO WARRANTY ME FOR A TWIN TURBO! Guy was talking about how he saw a TWIN TURBO G on youtube and loved it.

BY THE WAY! EVERYONE IN HERE SUCK LOL! Never asking the forum again cause I get stuff like G force crap, shovel, and Open Sesame

WTF does a crappy headlight painting job have to do with your hood latch cable being bad???

And good call on not letting them butcher you paint with their driver through car wash or dirty rag wipe down.

Apparently the hood latch cable attaches on to the headlight. Since they saw the condensation. They knew I remove my headlight therefor voiding my warranty. They even showed and prove to me lol so I couldn't really say anything.

My car is a nightmare
