Most people use 1 step colder plugs for FI & Nitrous:
NGK LFR6AIX-11 (Irdium)
NGK LFR6A-11 (Copper)
How are the 2 steps working out for you?

I asked him to use the 2 step LFR7AIX to go an extra step colder to keep them from fouling.

Sorry to hear about the motor, unfortunately certain things can be costly mistakes. Did the shop you took it to throw you a bone at all?
