Some pictures of my Nitrous Express Install - VQ35HR
#56
I guess an explanation is in order for all the delays.
This car is my daily driver, so it's hard to arrange a time when my car, myself, and the installers all had time.
ForceFed Engineering is a shop that specializes in VWs and Audis. If you are on the East Coast, you may have heard of WaterFest at English Town. It's a very large scale euro meet so I was trying to squeeze myself in between a ton of Euro cars that were trying to get their cars finished up for Sunday.
The jets that came in the kit were not the right size for the HP that I wanted to I had to wait for new jets to be sent.
Some of the lines that I got with the universal kit was too short so I had to get new lines made with 90 degree fittings on them.
The nozzles needed to be threaded into the intakes and I had the stock rubber hoses (since the Fujitas I had sucked diiiick) so I decided to get new intake tubes made.
All these little delays added up, but I should have a full day to finish everything up on Monday and as long as everything is finished, I will have the dyno vids posted up with results.
On a side note, NX, RavSpec, and ForceFed has been extremely helpful and accommodating when I ran into hiccups. I wouldn't think twice about getting stuff from them again.
Wish me luck guys ^^
